ABOUT BULLDOG MAINTENANCE COMPANY, INC.

Corporate History

Founded in Hawley, PA with a single employee, our growth and success have been achieved through client retention and referrals. As of 2016, we employ over 125 persons and provide a comprehensive range of janitorial services. Our service area has grown to include five counties in Northeastern PA.

Mission statement

Our mission is to ensure the growth and success of our company through the establishment of mutually beneficial relationships with employees and clients. We will strive to achieve confidence and a trust in all, by all, through adherence to the highest standards possible in all commercial and personal relationships. The economic and social welfare of all is our concern. In doing so, we are confident in our ability to become leaders in our field and in our communities.

At Bulldog Maintenance Company, we live by our mission statement:

• For employees - Healthcare, paid holidays and vacation, flex-time, and attendance bonuses are some of the things we do to make working at Bulldog Maintenance Company more than just a ‘janitor job’. Long term employment and a living wage are our goals. 
• For clients – As owners, we are ‘hands on’ and available at all times for our clients. Any concern or question receives immediate attention. We strive to create a customized cleaning program for each and listen to their particular needs. We have many clients with us for 10 or more years.
• For our community – Bulldog Maintenance Company provides ‘pro bono’ services for area organizations helping our community, such as food banks, cancer wellness centers, and outreach to the poor.
• For everyone – We are dedicated to reduce waste, use less water, paper, and fuel, and provide a safe and clean environment. A certified safety committee helps keep clients and employees safe and healthy. ‘Green’ and low VOC chemicals are used whenever possible while still maintaining quality on the job.
